After the event we got to look at the tablets and I’m not kidding when I say I have NEVER seen such a clear, sharp and colorful display on ANY device. It was actually shocking. This is not hyperbole. When Samsung claims THIS screen is a game changer it’s no exaggeration. I couldn’t take my eyes off this screen.
And there a number of really nice features that I personally like. It’s impressive that you will be able to accept calls from the Tablet. Use SideSync software to connect your Samsung phone to the Tab S. When a call comes to your phone accept it on your Tablet !
I also experimented with the fingerprint security feature. Or at least I programmed my finger print into the tablet. I had to register my finger by dragging it over the Home Button 8 times. Each successful drag gets the Green light – Approved!. After that you can lock and unlock your Tab S with a swipe of your finger.
The Tab S can have up to eight profiles as well as a child mode to protect everyone’s files. Your entire family can safely use this tablet without causing fights…except people might argue who gets their turn to use the tablet…..
The tablet is slimmer than a phone!
And it has gold edges. Beautiful and really very light.

The Wi-Fi versions of the Tab S 8.4 will be available for $399.99, while the Tab S 10.5 will be $499.99. Pre-orders for Wi-Fi devices begin June 13 at 12:01 a.m. ET at Samsung.com.
